As suppliers to the automotive industry, we understand the need for quality with high-risk components. We give this same degree of excellence to all components manufactured at Impact Plastics. It is our goal and objective to ensure that we meet our customers’ requirements, delivery schedules and budget.
Our Quality Department provides you, the customer, with product and process planning, as well as process, material and production validations that include but are not limited to:
- Part Submission Warrants (PSW)
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Control Plans
- Mold Flow Analysis
- Internal Layered Audits
- First Article Inspections
Our Quality Department is well-equipped with a wide variety of quality control equipment.
Our dedication to quality, as well as a commitment to excellence in the plastic manufacturing industry, means that Impact Plastics is certified ISO 9001:2015, has received UL Recognition based on material traceability with a UL assigned designation E336526 and is a Tier 2 automotive supplier.
